Our wedding will take place on May 16, 2027, at The Mackey House in Savannah, Georgia. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people!

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to grab a seat and get settled. Champagne will be waiting for you when you arrive to help kick off the celebration! 🥂

Think classic, elegant garden party with a touch of spring color. Ladies are encouraged to wear long or midi dresses in bright colors, florals, or elegant prints. Gentlemen should wear a full suit and dress shirt, with ties encouraged but not required. Spring-inspired suit colors such as navy, cream, tan, light gray, or other neutral tones are welcome. Think polished, sophisticated, and colorful—a step above cocktail attire, but not quite black tie.

Yes! We’ve provided two hotel blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District and Aloft Savannah Downtown. We’ve also provided a discount code for a more upscale, boutique option at The Drayton Hotel. The Drayton only has 50 rooms, so if this is where you’d like to stay, we recommend using our discount code and booking as soon as possible! Regardless of which hotel you choose, we recommend booking your stay early. May is a very busy time in Savannah with weddings and graduation celebrations, so hotels are likely to fill up quickly. Absolutely! There are plenty of great Airbnb and vacation rental options in downtown Savannah. We recommend staying in or near the Historic District to be close to the wedding festivities and everything Savannah has to offer.

The Mackey House is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Savannah. We’ll have transportation available on the wedding day, so all you have to do is get dressed, grab a drink, and enjoy the night! 🥂

Yes! We’ll have white, glass-enclosed, air-conditioned trolleys providing transportation to and from The Mackey House on the wedding day. Trolleys will pick up guests directly from the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District, Aloft Savannah Downtown, and The Drayton Hotel before the ceremony and return guests to the same locations at the end of the night. If you plan to take the trolley, please indicate this on your RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount. Exact pickup times will be provided closer to the wedding date.  If you prefer to drive yourself, parking will be available at The Mackey House, and Uber/Lyft are also options.

Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is the closest and most convenient airport for our wedding. It’s about a 20-minute drive from downtown Savannah and roughly 25 minutes from The Mackey House. If you’re flying in for the weekend, we recommend flying into SAV whenever possible! ✈️

Definitely! We’d love for you to come early or stay a little longer and make a trip out of it. Savannah has so much to offer, and since you’re already here, you might as well enjoy it! We put together a “Things to Do in Savannah” page with some of our favorite places to check out.

One of our favorite things about The Mackey House is that every part of the evening has its own space! Our ceremony will take place in The Garden, followed by cocktail hour on The Terrace. We’ll then head to the Open Air Pavilion for dinner before moving into the Grand Veranda for the reception and dancing. We love that each space gives the evening a different feel while still keeping everything in one beautiful location. 🌿🥂
